Free portrait remover

Privacy at Clearcut

Your selected portrait is processed in your browser, not uploaded to a Clearcut image server.

Effective September 30, 2026. This page describes the current implementation.

Photos and downloaded results

The photo you choose is read into browser memory for processing. Clearcut does not send it to a server, store it in a database or use it to train a model. Results are saved through your browser to your device. Clear photo removes the active image from the interface; closing the tab releases the page’s processing state. Keep your original if you need it again.

Website files and hosting

Your browser requests website, model and runtime files from the site’s host. These requests expose normal connection information, such as IP addresses and browser request headers, to the hosting service. The host may retain ordinary access logs or use its own access cookies. Your browser may cache website and model files locally. Clearcut itself does not create an image history or account.

Advertising and measurement

No AdSense code, advertising cookies or analytics scripts are currently installed by Clearcut. If advertising or measurement is introduced, this information will be updated to describe the actual services and choices before those scripts are enabled.

External links

Links to software projects and documentation take you to other sites with their own privacy practices. Selecting a photo here does not send it to those linked services.

Practical choices

You can use the sample instead of selecting a personal image, clear the active photo, close the tab or delete downloaded PNGs with your device’s file controls. Browser settings manage cached website files. Only select photos you have permission to edit.
